This Privacy Policy pertains to Your (“You” of “Your”) use of www.spliteasy.com.au (“Website”) all other websites and mobile applications owned or operated by Split Easy (“Split Easy” “we” or “us”), and any other websites, applications, features, electronic and other resources offered by Split Easy irrespective of the platform of delivery (“Split Easy Service” or “Service”).

In addition, Split Easy may forward any copyright infringement Notification, Counter Notification (as each of those terms is defined in the Terms of Service) or trademark infringement notice that You submit pursuant to Split Easy’s Terms of Service, and any related communications, to third parties.

If you would like to request access to Your Personal Information please contact us and we will send a copy of it to You. We are able to deny access to some or all of your personal information in specified circumstances. We will provide reasons for any refusal in writing. If You object to the content of this Privacy Policy or any changes made to it You must cease using the Split Easy Service and your sole recourse shall be to cease using the Split Easy Service. No monies will be refunded to you thereafter.
